There are many options to consider when choosing a gas or oil fired boiler, as a result prices may vary greatly depending upon the size of boiler, the heat output and the system it is connected to. The prices in the table above are designed to give some idea of the costs involved in replacing a boiler or fitting a new system through us. All the prices quoted are for either a fully fitted boiler in column 1, or complete system, including the boiler, in columns 2, 3 & 4. The prices quoted are based on the assumption that they are a straight replacement for an existing boiler or system and that all services are already in place. (Gas: A fused spur electrical supply and gas connection.)(Oil: A fused spur electrical supply and an existing oil supply to the boiler position.) The regulations that determine the siting of a boiler and flue are strictly enforced and any replacement boiler would have to be sited in accordance with current regulations. The prices quoted above are based on the assumption that the existing boiler position will conform to current standards regulations. All prices quoted are for 'room sealed' appliances only. All systems listed here include all radiators, thermostatic radiator valves and associated pipework. plus either integral or external controls. 'Heat only' systems listed here include 1 x 3 port mid position valve. but do not include new DHW cylinder, emersion heaters etc. Call us for details on unvented DHW cylinders and controls *VAT is not included in the price
