One
of the most common problems with older plumbing systems is the drop
off in pressure when other users in the same house or even street
turn on a tap or flush a toilet. If you want to fit a high water
usage shower or run the washing machine at the same time as you
run a bath there is a solution. Mains pressure water from a booster
pump situated in an attic or a cellar.
Tanks
can be installed which act as a personal reservoir, they fill slowly
using whatever pressure is available from the water main. A pump
such as the one pictured above is installed on the distribution
side of the system and can boost pressure up to 5 bar, providing
enough water to run all appliances, run a bath, do the washing and
fill the kitchen sink all at the same time without losing performance.
SJW
Plumbing and Heating can readily install the tanks and pump required
to make taking a shower much less of a chore, whilst the rest of
the family don’t have to be warned not to use the toilet or run
the bath.
Problem:
low water pressure, cant run the bath and take a shower at the same
time.
Solution:
fit reservoir tanks and a mains pressure pump
